Poor feedback.

I made a purchase using mobicred account on the 15th of Sep which is not reflecting on the store I bought from, I having been going back and forth trying to get feedback on how this can be resolved as this amount has come off my account and I have been struggling get any proper update . CAN SOMEONE FROM MOBICRED CALL ME PLS AND TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THIS ISSUE ASAP. I Cant keep being the one to chase up all the time.
