Poor Customer service

I've experienced the worst customer service with mobicred. It's been over a month after I've made an application for mobicred account and I've been doing followup twice if not 3 times a week. The only response I get is that it has been escalated but I never received any feedback from you. Your services are very poor. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
