Payment unallocated.

I had an outstanding balance and decided to settle it. The payment was not allocated for more than a month which means they keep charging me interests for an account that should be fully settled. I have followed up with this people but they keep debiting the monthly installment after I have settled. I find this very frustrating that they would have such weakness in controls for a business their size. Deal with this company knowing that these are some of the issues you need to deal with.
