Payment transaction verification not working - Unable to make purchases
For more than 2 weeks now I am not receiving OTP sms to verify transactions. As a result I am unable to purchase anything. Confirmed account is active and funds available. Also, I made sure no number is blocked on my phone that prevents delivery of sms.
Logged a couple of Service calls - no response....NONE!!!
Very poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
