Pathetic staff members!!!

2nd review as 16 weeks ago I complained. They've whatsapp messaged me with a statement. Yet MONTHS later and my credit record still reflects a large amount due. I now have to wait before applying for another property bond :(

I've gone directly to Experience to investigate.
