Pathetic service

If I could rate their customer service a -1 I would do it in a heart beat. I have been trying to get my account closed, paid my account in full, no one answers the phone, take days to respond to emails or just dont respond, tried getting them on their WA nr no one responds to you!! Paid my account in full and they still debited my account, so how I am going to get my money back if they cannot even follow a simple instruction of closing a account!
