Pathetic service

Absolutely disgusting service and pathetic excuses. I have been asking and following up the entire week about a credit that I want to make use of but no one can give me answers why my account cannot be accessed, when I use the forgot password an error comes up saying my accounts expired.

Every time I call in the call agent tells me that they are looking into my account and some one will call me back, why can't anyone give answers?

I'm begging for you to take my money but none of you care about your customers
