pathetic institution

What a pathetic institution, if I could, I wouldn't give them any stars. I made application online and said I needed to call them/email. I sent them an email and waited......Then gave them a call and there excuse/reason made no sense at all and was told I could re apply in a year. You can take your whole institution and place it into a place that the sun will NEVER shine. It's not the fact I was declined, it's the attitude and the way they conduct themselves - yet they are still in business - very sad
