Pathetic customer service

My account has been up for review for months. I can’t do any purchases yet my debit order is going off every month. Numerous calls, emails made but no one seems to have an answer for me on why exactly my account is “frozen”. Terrible customer service. I don't get any statements- nothing!! Pathetic to say the least. Stay away!!
