OTP system not working any longer

I am relatively happy with Mobicred thus far, but recently I myself do not receive OTP messages when trying to make a purchase. I have done the steps they suggested to rectify the problem, to no avail. Now I am having trouble getting through to them or a response on my email. As it stands now, I am unable to make any purchases.
