OTP never arrives

I'm trying to make a purchase online using mobicred but when prompted to insert the OTP, the sms never arrives with the OTP number. Stuck in limbo, tried calling twice, spoke to an agent and never heard back from them.

How about allowing the OTP number to be sent via email and/or number. Gives us options!!!
