Numerous calls and emails ignored and my account still never credited since 3 July!

Numerous calls and emails ignored and the issue still stands. I cancelled an online order (before fulfillment) with DirectDeals on the 3rd July and I have been asking for that amount (R2499) to be credited since. IS THAT SO DIFFICULT TO DO...This is annoying now, who must pay interest for something they never received.

WELL, they are your Merchant so better deal with them. The payments were processed between the 2 of you, here's one of their arrogant responses, I don't deal with arrogance!!:

"Dear Anele

The funds were not released into our account therefore we could NOT release funds that weren’t physically with us!

You chose to cancel transaction before funds were released. We are NOT liable for interest either. Delivery charge could have been paid and no issue would’ve occurred
Kind Regards
