Not so great

Great product or service until you would like to settle or close account. Called numerous times to request a settlement letter and on all occasions the consultant promised to sent the letter asap. I waited a few days and nothing came through. Checked spam/junk boxes and there were no mails received from the company. I tried requesting for a reference number and the consultant just cut the line. Hence my not so great title.
