Not Paying my refund: Lairs

Mobicred is on of the most frustrating service providers ever, They are holding my refund for over 3 weeks, I call in 3 times a week only to be promised that my refund will be processed.

Today I spoke to their team leader Kgabo and she was not helpful at all they just drop the phone whilst you still trying to talk to them. Requested the manager they did not want to take talk to me they just tell the agents that the money will be paid today, how many times have they been saying they will pay today???
