Non existant active account

I have a Mobicred active account on my credit profile,however, I have never had or app**** for a Mobicred account. When I questioned Mobicred they admitted that the application had never been completed although I personally never initiated an application. In any event my question still is..Even if hypothetically speaking, I did apply for credit and the application was never finalized then no account actually exists so how does it end up on my credit profile as an active account. Trying to get any sensible reaction out of Mobicred is futile and I have even asked for an historical statement of the account which was never app**** for but that they cant give me. The account remains on my Experian profile and all efforts to remove it fall on deaf ears. Great organization this. They cant even give me proof of my partial application for this non existant account. Get your act together Mobicred and and sort this issue out and get it removed from my profile
