Non Availability to resolve issues
My account is blocked, I have been trying for weeks to speak to a human, I used their WhatsApp (Useless), I emailed (useless) Not once did I manage to speake to a Human( a person) I have spend more than R150 trying to phone to no avail.
What is going on at Mobi that you are not able to get any service.
