No very Trustworthy

So, I phone as Mobicred says you should do if you get declined. I phone speak to Brandon, explain to him that I got a call from them, a shot vesrion of events and would like to know why I got declined. Gave my detail he checked and he clearly said they checked with Transunion, and picked up some discrepancies, I then tell him wow I actually spoke to Transunion and Experian, my credit record is clean no issues, I have the reports from both of them. Now he started to change the story to but Mobicred has certain of there own criteria that now all of a sudden I do not meet. When I said but you told me you pick up discrepancies on Transunion, I would like to know what it is, he kept on going back to the I don't meet there criteria, that's not what he said. I want the recording, as you said this call gets recorded. I asked for a Manager and seems like no one is around. That is deceiving and not a very good wat to run a business, I want the mentioned discrepancies as well, so i can take it to Transunion and show then that you used there name and get behind the truth here, you have until today 30 September 2020 time 16:00 to provide me with the full call to Brandon as well as the discrepancies.
