No statements sent monthly unless I call to request one

Mobicred as a financial helper is extremely amazing! However, their system is flawed and they can't seem to get it right. From my very first debit order month, I have not received a statement from them. I have contacted them each and every month since my first debit order to request my statement, of which I always get told, statements are sent out to every customer between the 17th and 20th of each month, and I should check my spam or junk folder before calling them, of which I always do, from the 17th I keep checking and checking but nothing. In July I called again, because I did not receive my statement, and was told it was sent out on the 17th, but I only received it on the 30th ? How is that possible? And then yet again, last month I had to call in where I was told they would call me back again and advised I should change my email address and see from there ? No one has called me to do that. And now September, today is the 28th, and still no statement, and this time, it's not just me, it's my mum's account as well. Sooo, what now? Check spam folder again ? It's becoming such a set back because normally statements are sent in the middle of the month so people can correctly allocate funds to their accounts, however for me, my Mobicred debit order is a surprise every month! Really not happy with that side of Mobicred!
