No OTP received

I have been trying to get an OTP to accept my agreement for over a week, i have spoke to numerous agents on the whatsapp line and no one can assist me. The first agent told me i needed to wait 24 hours because the OTP had been requested to many times- i still didnt receive it the 2nd agent said she would get back to me and i still haven't heard anything.. my cell number is corrected and i have no blocked numbers on my phone... Please can someone assist me
