No Help

I app**** for credit, which was approved. I had to do the facial recognition where my internet kicked out and resulted in me unable to complete. This locked my application, I called in asked for a new link just to be told I have to apply for a new ID card by Home Affairs before I can continue with my application. I obviously need this before Christmas, surely there is a way to send another link for this facial recognition.
