NO CLIENT SERVICE

I have been trying to get hold of Mobicred for days now to sort out the issue with my account and to assist with password reset. Calls are left for holding on for hours, multiple emails and several Whats-apps but all with no response. I am highly disappointed that there is no client service it is definitely non-existent and with no one tending to my query.
