Nithaam - THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered.
Nithaam at Mobicred customer care offers some of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered. I had a complaint about him closing my chat before my issue was anywhere near resolved, which meant I had to wait until the following week to resolve.
I have tried messaging again and again, the WhatsApp chat is still open and I have been blatantly ignored for almost an hour.
The general vibe with this company is that as soon as you are tied into the contract with them, as long as you're paying up, they don't give a sh*t.
