Ms. Vernesh Harold at Mobicred is the best out of all of them

This review could have turned 360° opposite direction had it not been for one lady and one lady only (Ms. Vernesh Harold). I have rightfully cut my relationship with Mobicred and I will not be renewing such, not now or anytime in the future however I will be doing a disservice to Vernesh if I did not compliment her outstanding service on a public platform like this, having worked in a financial institution myself (particularly in monitoring service quality) I can tell you that the staff at Mobicred requires extensive training on a number of things but Ms. Harold fought a good fight for everyone that I have interacted with and even though I'm closing the door on this relationship, I'm leaving with a smile. I might be adding a lot of work for her but if you feel like you are not getting the service then please ask for Vernesh and she will sort you out.
