More than 24hours to unblock a user - Ridiculous

I have since been waiting from Friday for a user that’s blocked, if verifications on the links sent for accepting doesn’t work via a mobile then by send it via sms instead of an email specifically saying do the steps on a laptop coz app has even a different verification option and verification steps included on your processes makes the whole experience very frustrating.
