Mobricred is a ****

Mobicred is so useless and cruel to customers . My mother bought things on mobicred that were around R3000 last year she has been paying R500 per month, at some point mobicred stopped taking the money for the reason we don’t know she called them they said they fixed it but it continued until when she calls again they said the issue is now on attorneys but still after that she continued to pay to the lawyers this R500 now it’s going to be 2years paying for R3000 she bought with . The worst part now she called this week they sent a statement of R1700 remember she’s been paying R500 and on the 13th Dec they deducted R500 but it was not showing on the statement. Yesterday she called again for how to settle all this amount to her surprise that the money has increased from 1700 to 2100 and she paid that amount , today she is calling again to confirm the payment they are saying they are not sure if the whole amount is settled they confirm on Monday it may happen that there is another amount, for what ? they are ****mers ******s
