MOBICRED'S BEYOND USELESS 'CUSTOMER SERVICE', ON AND ON AND ON

Firstly it is a great pity that there are no MINUS stars for reviews. Mobicred would certainly receive the highest possible MINUS. Customer Service? Is that what they believe they are? ***********, cannot answer questions a 7 year old could, and the issue just never gets sorted. After going back and forth for days now I have advised via eMail that it is now time to bring in the bigger people, specifically the media. You know, that Lady who reviews companies and digs and doesn't let go. That one. So that is where I am going as I am overly tired of being treated like a 5 year old by a company who shows NO care about their Client base.
