Mobicred/RCS useless

Im loosing the opportunity to buy the perfect house due to Mobicred and RCS not loading my account on the credit bureaus. So according to them im high risk because i have no debt. but the whole reason i opened this account was to keep my credit history active. Thanks for this, you have literally *****ed up my short term future plans
