Mobicred wrongly reporting me to Credit Bureau

Mobicred froze my mobicred account due to some frodulent activity and they said my account stop all debit and debits will proceed with after the resolution, but that was not an issue, The issue is that now after two years Mobicred working on the resolution while l was also doing follow-ups. credit bureaus are reporting me that I am not paying my Mobicred account for 2 years, missed payments, breached credit limit and also in areas. I have been reporting this issue to Mobicred and they keep telling of that they escalating the issue, and it has been escalations after escalations, while my credit status deteriorates.
