Mobicred worst service ever

Had an account with Mobicred and it fell behind on payments . they sold it to the third party and eventually i managed to pay it off. 4 month after paying them they still cant or refused to clear my record. i called , emailed and mothing. everyday is a different story. they always say they will follow up. is been 4 month. the worst service ever
