Mobicred - worst customer service

Actually should allow for ZERO STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Application submitted on Mon 8 Nov (morning) - Quotation Email received (credit approved) - Mon 8 Nov 15:58. Bank Debit order approval msg was not received (no SMS from FNB), but was apparently requested at 09:47. This means I missed the cut off to approve it via my banking app, because I had no idea that it was there or that I had to even log into the account to approve it - no comms, and no I didn't keep your web page open all day while I worked. So only when I logged into it the next morning did I see the updated message regarding the Debit order approval process, but by then it was too late. Why do you ask for customers cell phone numbers if you never use them?

WhatsApp conversation - Tues 09 Nov 09:29 - Agent will be with you shortly - no response whatsoever - Wed 10 Nov 09:58 - Unfortunately we have had to close this chat. You can start a new chat by sending us a message Response emails from an actual Human - Wed 10 Nov 10:38 - your request has been submitted (for another Debit order approval)

Phoned the Call Centre - Thurs 11 Nov 10:10 - spoke to Brandon who said his colleague had submitted a request to Admin yesterday at 10:38am to resubmit a debit order approval to the bank, but there was no response as yet. He would follow up.

Facebook Chat - Thurs 11 Nov 10:52 - There seems to be an error on your application, I have sent your details to our accounts department, will advise as soon as I receive feedback. Asked what error and how long this would delay the process by - ZERO response Phoned the Call Centre - Thurs 11 Nov 14:07 - spoke to a lady in the call center (couldn't hear her name clearly) - she said there was no feedback yet. I asked to speak to someone in admin/mgmt, she said she would get them to phone me. I stressed it was urgent, please call me today/now! Its 16:22- ZERO CONTACT! Why do you ask for customers cell phone numbers if you never use them?

In conclusion, its been 2 days since I asked for the debit order request to be re-submitted - and still NOTHING, no human contact with an explanation or an update that makes any sense. So here I sit, car-less because I cant take my car in for repairs/service and don't have R7000+ cash just conveniently lying around to pay for it. Thank god my 83 year old mother is able to help lift my daughter to and from school this week - but next week, that's not going to be possible. Thank you Mobicred for having me at the "heart of your business" and striving "to provide the best customer service". Really? Worst customer service I have ever, and I do mean ever, experienced!

Please cancel my application, its 10:20am - no phone call received yet, and I have gone to African Bank instead (who by the way are INCREDIBLE!)
