Mobicred WhatsApp Support Chat

Mobicred for the most part is quite good. I don't really have any issues. However, when it comes to their WhatsApp support chat, they are pathetic. I have never in my life encountered such a terrible experience when it comes to any business chat platform. Usually, when I chat with businesses, whether it be WhatsApp, Telegram, or even just web-based chat, I get immediate responses. Mobicred will keep you on a line for literally days and then the autoresponse will come "sorry we had to close this chat due to inactivity". I'm unable to get the help I need and therefore not able to use Mobicred for certain things.
