mobicred went missing🤦♂️

I see that mobicred did respond to some of the people's complaints here. Very sad that it has to come to this platform for them to start communicating with their clients. Seems that we are all sitting with the same problem with locked accounts. All the different means of communication supp**** by them are no good. Really scary to think we must deal with a business that doesn't really worry about their clients.
