MOBICRED TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

One star is too much for this terrible customer service. Today i lost an item that was on sale because i could not get my OTP. Been trying since March 2021 for them to correct this. A consultant assisted me from 09:14 AM on Whatsapp with huge delays between responses. By 11:46 the item was sold out. The number on the website does not work, Whatsapp is their only contact means. Please close my account because it seems that you really don't need my money.
