Mobicred Taking Forever To Unblock My Account
Good morning
Yesterday I had a chat with Kawthar, one of the WhatsApp line agents. It took him approximately 45 minutes to verify my details. He told me my account would be unlocked. Is it going to take 2 or even 3 days for such a simple thing to happen???
I haven't received an email with a way forward and it's already Wednesday morning.
Third time I'm going through this nightmare of having my account blocked. No improvement..
Mobicred customer services make the Easy Stuff seem VERY DIFFICULT. It seems loyal customers too get treated badly...
