Mobicred Sux

Useless company. Since the 11 Jan no one replies to emails or WhatsApps. The number just rings or cuts off. We app**** for an account and was granted too much credit so we asked if they wouldn’t mind lowering it to a more reasonable amount. We were told yes but we would never be able to increase it again. We accepted. They said an agent will call back with the new amount. This was the 11 Jan and still no one has contacted us? When we try to contact them either no answer or the WhatsApps just get ignored. Don’t go with mobicred, just so unprofessional. Bad Bad Service.
