Mobicred store ****

I have purchased an Xbox series x on one of mobicreds online stores "blienx gaming" and i have not received it or any refund as yet its been more than a month and mobicred did not refund me and all they say is that "Pls be advised we are still awaiting feedback on your query. Apologies for the delay. we will let you know once we know more."

This is completely unacceptable because this store is supposed to be safe to buy from as per mobicred website
