Mobicred *****s your Money and refuses to pay it back immediatly

Mobicred is easy to take your money but simply refuses to pay it back. I paid R6000.00 into the account which would have settled it. After speaking with two consultants confirming that the debit order won't go off and they confirmed they still deducted the money causing another debit order to bounce.

Phoned them and their excuse is they only do refunds once a month. This is insane....after fighting they send me an email confirming they will process my refund and it will be paid into my bank acc on the 6th of March it didn't happen.

I phoned them on monday and to find out they had a problem in the account department with staff it will only be processed on the 13th. I refused and wanted my money in my account by Tuesday. Still nothing.... After they said they will send an email to me and acc depratment requesting the funds immediatly IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!? nothing but ******* that refuses to pay your money back!
