mobicred, slower than government

Closed my mobicred account in 2019 already, and have asked them numerous times to remove the account from my credit profile as it has been paid up in full. Despite the account being closed in 2019, several updates were done to a closed account in 2021 after I requested that the account be removed. Mobicred is now on course to overtake government as the slowest entity in South Africa. I demand that you remove your account from my credit profile immediately. I do not want to speak to your staff, I simply want my credit profile rectified asap. I sent an email with regards to my account, so start reading your emails and stop wasting time!
