Mobicred *****s you monies and pays merchant without order being fulfilled. Shocking!

On the 17th June 2023 I did an online transaction of R 596.00 to a merchant called Nutritech(Blackbullhardcore). Ref No ***.This is for gym supplements. Payfast was the intermediate between Mobicred and the merchant. The transaction was declined on Payfast site but Mobicred subsequently still debited the amount. The merchant than cancelled the order as payment was not succeful.. I've logged numerous calls and emails with absolutely no feedback from Mobicred or assistance. I've told you probably 6 times now the order was not fulfilled. The merchant also does not respond and also has no contact details. Mobicred has the details but can't provide it to me. Ref 30096. Also the 1st time you could provide a reference. Merchant must provide proof that the order was delivered which they can't as it was cancelled. So please address this asap and credit my account. Worst possible service you can get.
