Mobicred Refusal Of Refund
Since joining Mobicred in June/July 2023 I have had numerous problems from joining the company to downloading my bank statements.
My last problem was that my husband lost his job at the end of August. He was the one that paid my account every month. I contacted Mobicred to delay payments for a couple of months which was done. I informed Mobicred that I will be paying my account in full as soon as my husband gets his pension. I spoke to a consultant on the 12th September 2023 for a settlement letter which was sent. I spoke again to another consultant on the 12th October 2023 advising that I would like a settlement amount and the banking details as I want to pay account. My husband then made a payment of R4700 to Mobicred on the 14th October 2023. On the 19th October 2023 Mobicred took R137.03 out of my account. I have contacted them twice for a refund but I am told I can't get my money back even though my account is paid up. Mobicred takes your money but doesn't want to refund money that is not owing to them.
I would like a supervisor or somebody with credentials contact me about this situation.
