Mobicred problems
I was so embarrassed yesterday trying to pay with my mobicred account at Checkers. Needless to say, it was declined numerous times. The embarrassment of having to move aside and call customer service to try and sort out this mess. I spent almost 2 hours at the till, back and forth, calling customer care and trying to pay again. The 2 agents were very helpful and though i walked away with the goods in the end my dignity took a heavy knock.
