Mobicred practice ***** happily
Mobicred are not able to manage themselves correctly. Their call center does not operate correctly, they put you through to people who never answer or you just get cut off. Never in my life have I had such an awful experience with a business.
I have been with Mobicred for more than 2 years now and yet this company does not report my credit history with them to the Credit Bureau's. I have been speaking with them about this for more than a year now. They constantly tell me it is going to be sorted out, but never is. I have years of good credit history with this company that does not reflect on my credit report. This is a crime and yet they have no answer for me.
I have spoken with multiple "Operations Managers" for the last year. It appears this company cannot hold employees for long and those that they do promote and place are severely ***********.
I have spoken to this company more than 30 times about this issue and yet nothing gets done about it. I have requested all my call recordings and correspondence with this company multiple times and never receive it...
This company was supposed to help me build my credit score and credit security, but instead this company has actively worked for the last 2 years to completely destroy any chance of improving my credit score. It is a disgrace, they are committing ***** and simply do not care. The top dogs in their Ivory Towers are to scared to speak to customers and leave it for their little cogs to handle.
I am severely disappointed in this company and yet they continue to ***** me over and make tons of promises they have never kept.
Mobicred continue to give me the run around. Apparently they are in the process of repairing the issue but have made this promise for more than a year now, so I am not hopeful.
The CEO also leaves much to be desired, he treats customers like trash and completely disregards them. It is clear the issues this company are facing are as a result of a management failure.
I will update this review in 60 days as this issue progresses, however at this point not much has been done to rectify the damages caused to me or to address the queries I have continuously made.

After almost 3 years of good payments, Mobicred have finally arrived on my credit report... With this months history only... They have absolutely zero interest in finding a way to update my credit history with them.
In short, stay very very very far away from Mobicred, they are ****s and just couldn't care about ******* activities happening in their systems.... Absolutely pathetic attempt to resolve this and their CEO is just an absolute joke! Don't even touch this service with a 10 foot pole, just stay away...
