Mobicred poor service

After my 1st review submission, mobicred advisor called to ask that I remove my review as they manage to provide me with VVD contact details. However, I told them that I would only remove my review once my query with them is resolved. Yet, here I am again after more than 3 months from the time VVD collected their last installment but my account is still showing that I'm in arrears. If this is not resolved within the next 48hrs I'm taking the legal route as this is affecting my credit score.
