Mobicred Poor Customer Service

Mobi Cred is a great service however their customer care and support is terrible.

I called in last week for assistance with re-opening my account. I was told I will receive feedback. I have not revived and email or call till date. After calling, I am now to start the whole process again. This is poor and terrible.

If Mobicred cannot resolve this query today. I will no longer use this product due to their poor customer relations.
