Mobicred Pathetic/ ****
Mobicred is a ****.. after one purchase they block your account when you have credit to buy. Everytime when you call they either put the phone down on you because they don't want to help.. or using excuse about escalated and mandate excuses Pathetic I never should have join mobicred
Staff rude and *********** why you have staff that doesn't know what us going on or don't try and fix the problem. Wonder what excuse there is today.. I'm calling my bank to remove the mandate from my profike

Now I get told I will get an update on my account by end of business... Mobicred must change there name to ESCALATION Everytime 8s same story .. I can't understand what the problem is just cl8ck8ng a few buttons but Mobicred is pathetic... I'm going to email Jason the CEO of mobicred and going to tell him the staff working fr him is ***********
