Mobicred_Paid up letter

I paid-up my account in March and requested for my paid-up letter on the 6th of April. Haven't received it till now. Been sending email and text to their WhatsApp and they keep on telling me about an argent paid-up letter request.

This is really annoying and affects my credit score.

Can I have my paid-up letter and name cleared.
