Mobicred NObicred BAD Service

I app**** for a credit application a few months ago on TakeAlot to purchase a monitor, i have more than sufficient funds available and a good credit score. They denied my application and wont tell me why. I then proceeded to try again and it seemed like it was blocking me from trying again. I phoned the support and they said i need to wait 365 days after my 1st application! what NONSENSE! i can easily afford the credit i was applying for but it seems they (MOBICRED) dont want my money. Hoping to get this sorted by a manager or something !!!
