Mobicred must fall

I opened an account and was approved for R7000. I made a purchase of R650 and all of a sudden I could not make any purchases with thenremainder for the credit. Ive called in numerous to get this resolved only be told that there systems had done checks on certain accounts and have blocked these accounts from making any further purchases. I have been told that there finance team is dealing with it for the last 3 months and have been waiting patiently for thsi to be resolved whilst you are still debiting my account and charging me a R50 service fee as well as over R200 admin fee for a R650 purchase. These are not the terms that I agreed to as it was based on the R7000 credit. I would not recommend mobicred to anyone. It is not worth the hassle and stress.
