Mobicred Merchant Inconsistent and unprofessional

Mobicred Merchant: Inconsistent onboarding procedures. Received an agreement to complete in an online format. The system bugged out and I submitted the manual Merchant agreement they have sent. All of a sudden I do not meet onboarding requirements. Sent multiple emails to *** without reply. App**** again to become a merchant and declined immediately. A week ago my application was approved, now I am being declined. No answers or feedback as to why the 180 degree decision was made.
