MOBICRED IS USELESS

I have emailed Mobicred THREE time [Customer care and Payments department] for assistance with my account . They are the most ********** company because while requesting assistance they are busy debiting my account [FOR A PURCHASE I RETURNED]. Every single employee that I have dealt with have no skills to provide adequate assistance . Besides being rude , nobody can provide me with a resolution.
